Verbal Consent when you contact NADR office to setup an account: "As part of our service you may select text messages for login authentication. You will receive one text message with an authentication code per login. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. At any time you can get more help by Contacting the NADR office, or you can opt out completely by never using TEXT option. NADR Office: "Great! We will send you a message to confirm your enrollment here shortly."
